🍦 Matcha Ice Cream in Thermomix

📋 Ingredients

• 🥛 500g milk
• 🍦 200g cream
• 🍬 120g sugar
• 🍳 3 egg yolks
• 🍵 2tsp matcha powder
• 🧂 1 pinch salt

🔢 Instructions

1. Add milk, cream, sugar yolks, and salt and cook at 8m/90C/s3.
2. Add matcha with a sieve and mix at 20s//s4.
3. Cold in fridge for 4 hours.
4. Move to container and freeze in freezer for 8 hours.
5. Cut in pieces and crush at 30s//s6, then 30s//s10.
